Employer: Sparkles Seven Pearls Cleaning Services LLC. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and be based in Dubai, with work at other UAE locations as required by the company.

Commission: AED 250 is additional to the fixed salary and depends on meeting the applicable marketplace performance criteria. Eligibility criteria will be communicated to candidates. This commission is not guaranteed.
Fixed overtime: The AED 200 allowance forms part of the AED 1,500 fixed salary and is credited against overtime payable for recorded hours. Any statutory overtime entitlement above this allowance is paid additionally.
Company-provided benefits
- Accommodation: provided by the company.
- Transportation: provided by the company.
- Health insurance: provided in line with applicable requirements.
- Employment/residence visa: provided for the employee, subject to UAE authority approvals.
- Training: two days in Kathmandu, Nepal, for all selected candidates. The company will communicate the dates and venue.
- Annual leave: 30 calendar days of paid leave after completing 12 months of service. Earlier leave accrual and public holidays follow applicable UAE requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Clean and prepare assigned rooms, bathrooms and living areas to company, client and marketplace standards.
- Make beds, change linen where required, replenish approved amenities and complete cleaning checklists.
- Use approved chemicals, PPE and equipment safely, and care for customer property.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, respectful communication and customer privacy.
- Record completed services, report maintenance issues or lost property promptly, and attend training and quality reviews.
Working arrangements
- Working day: 10 working hours plus 1 hour of breaks (11 hours total), comprising 8 normal working hours and 2 overtime hours.
- Weekly rest: at least one rest day. Rosters, breaks and overtime are subject to applicable UAE working-hour requirements.
- Probation: six months.
- Joining date: agreed individually, subject to the required work/residence approvals and UAE health requirements.
